How to map out your pathway to impact

In this live online workshop, we will help you through the process of planning strategically for research impact. We will cover important decisions that you will need to make about your impact strategy.

First, you will self-assess which impacts you hope to achieve, and what change you would like to see as a result of your research or engagement. Once you refine your impact objectives and ensure they are realistic, we will guide you through the process of developing a robust and evidence-based theory of change, a dynamic tool that systematically conceptualize pathways for targeted impacts.

Through practical examples and hands-on activities, you will learn how to articulate realistic goals and objectives, and outline the necessary intermediate outcomes and interventions. We will explore various frameworks and methodologies for developing theories of change and discuss best practices for stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

This workshop is led by Dr. Eric Jensen. Read more about our trainers here.
